All code, content, and applications generated by Magical AI are yours. You retain full ownership of anything you create. Magical AI claims no ownership over your generated projects.

We do not guarantee: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) generated code will be bug-free or production-ready; (c) the Service will meet your specific requirements.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAGICAL AI, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
